Meet Carrie Shapiro, BA, LSW, CDP, CSA

Carrie joined the Earzlink Hearing Care family in 2026, bringing more than 40 years of experience serving seniors and families throughout Clark County. A graduate of Wright State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, she has worked as a Medical Social Worker and Community Care & Outreach Liaison, helping connect individuals with compassionate care and support.

Carrie is a licensed Ohio Social Worker, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and Certified Senior Advisor who is passionate about servant leadership and being a trusted resource in her community.

Her passion for hearing healthcare began while helping her mother through her hearing loss journey, inspiring her commitment to helping patients achieve their personal best through better hearing.

In her free time, Carrie enjoys spending time with her mother, Erika, her fur-baby Bria, and close friends, as well as decorating, gardening, and shopping.
