We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our staff is here to support you not only during your initial visit but throughout your entire journey to better hearing.

William Bruns 2025

William Bruns, BS/BA, BC-HIS

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Bill has been a licensed specialist in the hearing care industry for over 35 years. He has achieved accolades and awards for his work over the years, but his patients' handwritten notes and messages are his biggest achievements. Bill has learned that listening to his patients' needs will provide them with the best possible hearing. He serves his patients with confidence and compassion.

He is actively serving in our community through many social and charitable organizations as well as mentoring programs for at-risk youth. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially his 11 grandchildren. When Bill is not working he enjoys traveling with his wife in their RV. His faith, family, profession and golf are his passions.

Timothy Cross 2025

Timothy Cross, MA BC-HIS

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Tim graduated from the University of Dayton in 1982 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  He was introduced to the hearing industry in 1985 and has been a licensed dispenser for over 37 years.  Tim has served several terms on the Hearing Healthcare Alliance of Ohio board of trustees and is presently a member of The Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board.  He specializes in maximizing and maintaining patients hearing potentials by providing them with meaningful hearing solutions.

Tim is married to his wife Brenda, and they have two daughters, two sons, and seven grandchildren.  Tim enjoys singing and playing music, especially in church; teaching Sunday school, playing golf, hiking and exploring God’s creation with his family.

David 2025

David Bruns

Hearing Instrument Specialist

David became a licensed hearing aid specialist in 2009. He enjoys the continuing change of technology and communication; teaching his patients how to utilize and understand it to fully benefit from their hearing care choice. Like his father, he also knows to listen and understand his patients' needs before taking action.

Dave is married to his best friend and loves being a father to his three children. He enjoys just being with his family. He still tries to relive the glory years on the basketball court each week. Dave is active with his church and community organizations.

Kimberly Combs 2026

Kimberly Combs, Au.D., CCC-A

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Kimberly Combs joined Earzlink in February 2026, bringing over three decades of experience in hearing healthcare. She earned her Doctorate in Audiology from A.T. Still University and has provided comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitative services for patients of all ages since 1992.

Dr. Combs specializes in comprehensive hearing assessments, advanced hearing aid fittings, assistive listening devices, tinnitus treatment, and cerumen management. She is passionate about the impact of hearing loss on communication and relationships, and she actively participates in community outreach to raise awareness and provide education on hearing health.

Madison McCollum 2025

Madison McCollum

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Madison has been a part of the Earzlink family since 2022. Madison has worked in customer service since 2019. She graduated at the top of her class from Fairfield High School in Leesburg, OH in June of 2020. Because Madison has a deep compassion for helping people reach their full potential, she started a social work journey at Southern State community college right after high school. She soon found that her problem-solving ability and compassion for people led her to the hearing aid industry after her family adopted a child with a hereditary hearing impairment. Madison focuses her abilities and works hard alongside her patients at Earzlink to ensure they hear the very best they can.

In her free time, Madison enjoys spending time with her family and cats. She also enjoys gaming, art, and socializing with friends.

Kevin Brown 2025

Kevin Brown

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Kevin Brown has been a hearing aid specialist for more than 12 years his dedication and his knowledge have allowed him to help and treat hundreds and hundreds of patients. Graduated from ONU in 2003 Kevin studied Sound engineering and theater tech after college he became a high-end audio video home theater, designer with companies like Hanson audio, and Beacon audio. In 2013, Kevin began his journey in the hearing aid industry. He has worked with all types of hearing aid technology, and has multiple certificates from trainings, and from continued education. Kevin also spends his personal time creating and writing music which then he mixes and masters all from his personal studio. Kevin is not just an audiophile but he also loves to help people with the ability to hear and understand loved ones and also the world around us.

Trevor Daniels

Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee

Trevor has been in the industry for over 25 years with personal experience and is very excited to be able to help others like himself. Trevor has always had an interest in the evolving technology in the hearing world. He is excited to be able to bring his own experiences into the practice! Trevor is currently working towards licensure to become a hearing specialist with Earzlink.

Trevor is normally in the clinic, but when he isn’t you can catch him at the racetrack turning right to go left! His other passion is racing and he definitely has a need for speed!

Trevor was born and raised in Washington Court House and is looking forward to giving back to his community and providing excellent hearing care. His devotion to his work and his approach to a knowledge-based practice will ensure the best quality hearing care.

Graham Welsh

Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee

Graham is thrilled to be a member of the Earzlink family and loves meeting all of his patients in Lancaster and Reynoldsburg. Graham received his Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in 2017 and first joined Earzlink in 2025. He enjoys making music and collecting vinyl in his spare time, as well as hiking, swimming, doing repairs around the house, and spending time with his family; which includes his two wild and wonderful children!

General Manager

Heather has worked in the Customer service field since 1995 and has worked in the medical field since 2008. She obtained her Associate of Science degree in 2011 and became a part of the Earzlink family in the Fall of 2020.

Emily Trampler 2025

Marketing Assistant

Emily has been a part of the Earzlink family since 2021. She has been a vital part of our team as she serves as one of our administrative assistants. Emily also uses her creative specialties as our marketing assistant. Emily enjoys communicating with our patients on a daily basis.

Lindsey Gutman 2025

Lindsey Gutman

Accounting Manager

Lindsey has been in the medical field working in administrative/accounting areas for 20 years. She has a bachelor's degree from Capital University. Lindsey has been an integral part of the Earzlink family since 2016.

Hailey has been with Earzlink since 2023. She strives to meet the needs of our patients and enjoys assisting patients in their journey to better hearing. Hailey loves to keep things organized and enjoys problem-solving.

Heather's work experience over the years has been very rewarding. Whether performing administrative work for an insurance or mission-related business, assisting in a dietary and medical setting, or purchasing for a library, helping and serving others has brought her great joy and fulfillment.

Heather Jo graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 2003 with an associate degree in legal office systems. She has spent most of the last 20 years being a stay-at-home mom to her four children.

Kimberly (Kim) is a 2008 graduate of East Clinton High School and the Laurel Oaks Career Center. Since graduating she has worked exclusively in customer service and enjoys meeting and serving people.

Kristen Snider 2025

Kristen Snider

Patient Care Coordinator

Kristen joined the Earzlink team in December of 2024 as a Patient Care Coordinator. She has worked in customer service since 2017. She graduated from Hillsboro High School in 2018 and jumped right into retail, starting as an associate and working her way up to management.
