Kimberly (Kim) is a 2008 graduate of East Clinton High School and the Laurel Oaks Career Center. Since graduating she has worked exclusively in customer service and enjoys meeting and serving people.

She has been active with the youth at the Samantha Free Will Baptist Church and for many years helped her mom serving in Vacation Bible School and Christmas programs.

Since her mom’s passing she helps her dad with her brothers who both have disabilities. In her spare time she enjoys scrapbooking and taking trips with her Grandma. 

Heather Jo graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 2003 with an associate degree in legal office systems. She has spent most of the last 20 years being a stay-at-home mom to her four children. This time has allowed her to hone her interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Heather Jo has been married to her husband, Daniel, for 20 years, and they have 4 children. She puts God and family first, she enjoys reading and singing, and is actively involved in her local church.

Heather’s work experience over the years has been very rewarding. Whether performing administrative work for an insurance or mission-related business, assisting in a dietary and medical setting, or purchasing for a library, helping and serving others has brought her great joy and fulfillment. Heather enjoys being a part of the Earzlink team and assisting others. Her faith and hope is in Christ. She loves time with family, reading, cooking/baking, hiking and fellowshipping with her church family.

Hailey has worked in customer service and healthcare for several years. She strives to meet the needs of our patients and enjoys assisting patients in their journey to better hearing. Hailey loves to keep things organized and enjoys problem-solving. 

Hailey is currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. In her free time, Hailey enjoys traveling, baking, watching football, and spending time with her husband, Caleb, and bernedoodle puppy, Boba. She loves attending her church and other community events. 

Lindsey has been in the medical field working in administrative/accounting areas for 20 years. She has a bachelor’s degree from Capital University. Lindsey has been an integral part of the Earzlink family since 2016. She adds high levels of organization and structure to Earzlink Hearing Care.

Lindsey is a mom of 2 very active boys. Her husband and she spend most of their time at ball games and band concerts cheering on their boys. Lindsey enjoys spending her spare time outside gardening, hiking, and kayaking.

Heather has worked in the Customer service field since 1995 and has worked in the medical field since 2008. She obtained her Associate of Science degree in 2011 and became a part of the Earzlink family in the Fall of 2020. Heather’s deep compassion for people is evidenced in the high level of care and outcomes she seeks to provide every patient she serves.

Heather actively serves in the community through school programs and her church along with helping children in need as a foster/adoptive parent. She loves spending time with her 6 children and husband. Heather enjoys reading, baton twirling and serving God.

Emily has been a part of the Earzlink family since 2021. She has been a vital part of our team as she serves as one of our administrative assistants. Emily also uses her creative specialties as our marketing assistant. Emily enjoys communicating with our patients on a daily basis.

Emily married her husband, Weston, Fall of 2022. They have a German Shephard named Mace and they enjoy spending their free time with him, when Mace isn’t getting into trouble. Weston and Emily are active in their local church and love to serve The Lord together.
